I’ve been studying a lot about computer systems in the past few weeks. And I’ll continue doing so until at least April. But when you need to study this much you also need to spare your mind, ocupy it with other things, otherwise you’ll burn out.
So, besides my IT study, I’ve also been keeping up with my favorite TV shows. And first I want to talk to you about Fear The Walking Dead, as I had promised a few posts ago. Following the business model of its sister series The Walking Dead, FTWD had only six episodes in the first season. I have seen many opinions praising the TV shows and many others doiung the opposite. I personally LOVED it. I love the family dynamics that’s going on around Travis. I also love the fact that the zombie apocalypse is happening at a slow pace. Well, no wonder since the show portrays the beginning of the infection.

Another thing I like about the show, and TWD in general is the integration of several different races on the main cast! I mean, you see black, latino, caucasian, asian, and even kiwis (New Zealander “Travis”)!
Because I don’t have that much time, let’s talk now about the last The Walking Dead Episode. It was AWESOME! I mean, Carol, is the most badass character EVER! She was ninja-like in this last episode and the main protagonist! It was probably my favorite episode ever! And we didn’t even see Rick or Michonne or Daryl in the episode!

“In Carol we trust”? YES WE DO! SHE WAS AWESOME!
Now off to literature! I read a lot of books, and after finished two books on self-development in the past 2 days, I realized I’ve grown tired of the genre. Nothing feels “new” anymore. It’s like I’m reading more of the same. Besides the other books I’m still reading, I started reading today Mark Tufo’s “Zombie Fallout”. I’ve only read the first chapter so far, but the action was so fast that is definitely seems promising! I’ll probably write some more on it as I get advanced in the book.
